Ghost Lab Shipping Policy
Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
Ghost Lab’s Echo Filter is currently available for pre-order, with shipping targeted for Summer 2025. While we aim to meet this timeline, delays may occur due to production schedules, supply chain factors, or unforeseen circumstances. If any delays arise, we will notify customers as soon as possible with updated shipping estimates.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
• Pre-orders will be shipped in the order they were received.
• Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Any custom FX requests must be submitted before the final delivery date to be considered and/or included in your order.
Shipping Methods & Costs
• We ship worldwide using trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Changes to Your Shipping Details
If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us at support@ghostlab.uk as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
